Lagunak or Hemingway’s friends is a fully equipped loft of 75m2 to guarantee a great holiday with fantastic views of the estuary. It has two rooms: the first has a hugely comfortable 2m x 2m bed complete with an en suite bathroom, and the second has a lounge, small office and doors opening directly onto a terrace with delightful views of the Mundaka estuary.

“The location above the Urdaibai Estuary, excellent. The surroundings, the comfort of the apartment and of the house in general. Fully equipped for breakfast. The big and very comfortable bed. And, of course, the attentiveness of Irune and Jon, very good hosts. Highly recommendable.”

“What a nice place to stay in the basque country. The house is brand new, and the owners are ready to help at any time. Very clean. The sea is just under the house, 5 minutes walking away. A very nice beach (La Laga) is 5 minutes away by car. Definitely a place to visit.”

“The owner is very kind and pleasant; it’s obvious they’ve put a lot of work and effort into the house. Everything is spotless, very spacious, with an enormous and comfortable bed. The views from the terrace are incredible and you can walk down to beautiful beaches in only 5 mins. The plot is enormous, and with the projects they’re planning, this is going to be a small luxury oasis in the middle of the Urdaibai Reserve. We’ll be back, no doubt about it.”
